Our protectors are not bed bug proof, but offer the ability to be easily taken on and off and are waterproof on top. SLEEPSAFE bed bug encasements surround the mattress on all 6-sides and are sealed off with a bed bug proof zipper.

A good mattress protector should be as thin, machinernwashable, non-vinyl, breathable, offer a dust mite proof surface material andrnnot change the feel of your mattress. Our protectors offer all of thesernfeatures. There are various types of protectors sold in the market whichrnare quilted and are sold as additional comfort – but they not only expensivernbut do not provide the protection against dustmites, faster drying & easyrnhandling. They also have a much lesser life and need quicker replacement as thernlayers are stitched and not laminated like SLEEPSAFE Protectors.

How to wash your mattress
Never use bleach or fabric softener. Wash the mattress cover in cold water on the gentle cycle, and do not iron it. For complete protection against dust mites and other allergens, wash separately. Do Not Dry Clean, Do Not Put In Dryer. Do Not Wrinkle.
